Японцы решили успокоить меня. И вот что написали: hint
At first, it is not necessary to worry about earthquakes in Tokyo. Because the construction technique in Tokyo is very good, not tofall down even if strong earthquakes happen. There are many up and down hills in Tokyo, which are also good to stop tidal wave As for the redioactive issue happening in Fukushima area, it has not been solved yet. However this case is totally different from Chelnov(Chornobyl) in Russia in 1986.
Chelnov - the nuclear reactor exploded, and scatterd a lot of radioactive materials.
Fukushima - It was only the explosion caused by chemical reaction and the radioactive level is less than 10% of Chelnov.
At first many foreign madias made mistakes and they reported 'the nuclear reactor exploded' but it is not true.

Now the radioactive level in Tokyo is between 0.12 - 0.15μsv / per hour, according to some private companies and private organizations. The ministry of education and the Japanese government announce that it is about 0.008μsv / per hour or so. However we can not trust the government as they were hiding a few important facts. Considering some prople are also checking the radioactive datas everyday, we think it is not dangerous at all in Tokyo. It is certain that if you receive 100000μsv / per year, it might be dangerous and might affect your health. Sometimes it causes cancers. If you are outside and keep taking 11.4 / per hour, stay outside for 24 hours all the year around, it becomes about 100000μsv / per year. In Tokyo, even if you take 0.15μsv / per hour, stay outside for 24 hours all the year around, it is just 1314μsv / 1 year. Now we can compare 100000μsv / per year with 1314μsv / per year. It takes around 76 years or so to reach to 100000μsv. The UN organizations such as IAEA and WHO says that it is safe in Tokyo, and The UK and USA also announce that it is OK to visit Tokyo now. It is hard to believe Japanese government, however we can trust other organizations not related to Japanese government and some people who personally check the radioactive level in Tokyo. Please trust this information and come to Japan without concern. Now the daily life in Tokyo got back to normal. The number of foreign people are increasing a little by little. I think the situation will get much better after May or June.
Please refer to this situation, and do not worry about the situations in Japan
Sincerely
Koki Yamamoto
